Let's Talk About Food!

We are very excited to announce that we are updating our Café equipment and software with Titan Co. With this transition, we will be offering an online portal for parents and guardians to process account payments and view student account history. Please note that with this transition, all current account balances have been transferred to your student’s new Titan Account. Our transition to Titan will be fully implemented beginning on January 8, 2021, at which time the current payment portal k12paymentcenter will no longer be active. Please see the below information regarding the new Parent Portal access information with Titan. The new parent portal will allow you to view your student transaction history, set up automatic payments, set purchasing parameters on your student accounts, and much more.

Your student will receive his or her lunch account information and number from the school Café Manager. Payments for student accounts can still be made directly to the School Café, if preferred. If you may have any questions, please contact the Food Service Office or reach out to your student’s Café Manager. We look forward to this transition and a wonderful Spring term in Spartanburg District 3!

Food Services

Support services are essential to the successful function of a school system. The administration must design school business and other support operations to support a quality educational program. Education is the district's central function. All support services must be provided, guided, and evaluated by this requirement.
In order to provide support services that are truly supportive of the educational program, the board establishes these broad goals.
  • To provide a physical environment for teaching and learning that is safe and pleasant for students, staff, and public
  • To provide safe transportation for students to and from school and nutritious meals for students
  • To provide an efficient and effective system for financial management and accountability
  • To provide support services with timely and high-quality resources and assistance in the areas of accounting, transportation, food service, and maintenance
