    Following the passage of July 2020s referendum, clifdale middle’s renovation and addition have continued to stay on track for an aug 2021 opening. Due to the pandemic and delay in the bond referendum process, our district did lose time during the summer of 2020 to complete all roof projects. Because all of our major projects such as roofs, ceiling grids, lighting, painting, and flooring can not be safely completed while the building is occupied, those jobs will be completed during the next holidays and summer months. The good news is our timeline has not been extended. Our goal and timeline are still on track to complete all referendum projects by 2022. Capital maintenance fund 5.5 million, bond referendum 29.5 million.
