Destination 3-1-1 Referendum on July 14

Spartanburg County School District Three is asking its taxpayers to decide on July 14 for a referendum that, upon passage, would provide a significant tax cut for all houses, cars, boats and rental properties in the district. If it passes, it would allow the district to borrow $29.5 million to renovate all of its schools, adding between 25 and 40 years of life to each one. You can read more about it here!
Here are the list of precincts where voters can go. Please note: there are three changes due to Coronavirus:

  • Cannons Elementary School
  • Cherokee Springs Fire Station
  • Converse Fire Station
  • Cowpens Fire/Timken Center
  • Glendale Fire precinct voters will vote at the District Three Administrative Offices
  • Mayo Elementary School
  • Croft Baptist Church
  • Eastside Baptist Church voters will vote at Jesse Boyd Elementary School
  • White Stone Methodist Church
  • Cowpens Depot Museum
  • Daniel Morgan Tech Center
  • Ben Avon Methodist Church
  • Pacolet Elementary School
  • Clifdale voters will vote at Broome High School
