Monday night at our Board of Trustees Meeting, we had the privilege of recognizing several exceptional members of the D3 family who are retiring this year. Their dedication and service have made a lasting impact on our students and staff. They are:
Ms. Sandra Ellison
Ms. Stephanie Bailey
Mr. Orville Dowdle
Ms. Tonya Foster
Mr. Greg Mack
Ms. Ellison has served as the Food Services Administrator since joining District 3 in May 2017. Her leadership and attention to student nutrition have played a key role in supporting our schools' success.
A valued member of the Transportation Department, Ms. Bailey began her career with District 3 in August 1997. She has safely and reliably transported students during the course of her 28-year career in District 3.
Mr. Dowdle, also a bus driver in the Transportation Department, began his career with District 3 in November 2019. During that time, he has demonstrated a deep commitment to the safety and well-being of our students.
Ms. Foster teaches chemistry at Broome High School. She began her career with District 3 in August 1997. For 28 years, she has inspired countless students to thrive both in the classroom and beyond.
Mr. Mack has served as the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations since joining District 3 in August 2007. His leadership and fiscal stewardship have been instrumental in ensuring our students have the best possible opportunities to succeed.
