The BMW Rising Scholars Program is a competitive apprenticeship initiative for high school seniors, allowing them to spend part of their school day gaining hands-on experience at the BMW Training Center. Brady completed a rigorous interview process at the end of his junior year and earned a spot in this prestigious program.
