Broome High School will offer Sports Physicals for the 2024-2025 School Year on Wednesday, April 10. The cost is $20 cash. Paperwork will be sent home on April 9 for student athletes and parents to fill out. These will take place during the school day.

Seniors, have you ordered your cap and gown?
Check out pics from Ms. Foster's chemistry classes. Students used regular pennies to create brass, an alloy of copper and zinc, which made the pennies appear to be golden.
AVID Seniors enjoyed their banquet and presented their future plans to parents and peers.
JV Baseball @ Blue Ridge has been canceled for today. The varsity baseball game time @ Blue Ridge has been moved to 7:00.

• The game time for our JV Baseball game vs. Landrum has been moved to 6:00. Varsity will follow at 8:00.
• Our JV softball game @ Woodruff has been canceled. The start time for the varsity softball game at Woodruff has been moved to 7:00.
Our C-Team baseball game at Spartanburg today has been canceled.
Varsity Softball @ Carolina has been canceled for today. We will now play a double header at Broome on April 12 at 5:30 & 7:30 pm.

We have made some changes to our baseball & softball schedules this week:
• C-Team baseball will host Chapman on Tuesday, March 19. Game time has been changed to 5:30 pm and we will now play two 5 inning games (DH)
• JV & Varsity baseball were supposed to host Chapman on Friday, March 22. Due to the weather forecast we have moved these games to Thursday, March 21. JV @ 5:30 pm, Varsity @ 8:00 pm.
• We host Chesnee in JV Softball on Thursday, March 21. The start time has been moved to 5:30 pm.
• Varsity softball was scheduled to host Woodruff on Friday 3/22/24. Due to the weather forecast we have moved this game to Thursday, March 21. Game time will be 7:30 pm.
So proud of the Broome High School Model Arab League Delegation and their representation of Qatar. They had the opportunity to meet H. Delano Roosevelt, (grandson of Franklin D. and Eleanor Roosevelt), who currently serves as President of the National Council on US-Arab Relations. Sally and Bellamy were also awarded Distinguished Delegation on the Arab Environmental Council representing Qatar.

Mrs. Painter’s classes celebrated Pi Day with pie, pi-ku poems, pi-line art projects, and pi probability dice rolls.
Schedule changes for Broome Baseball:
Varsity and JV will play at Travelers Rest on Thursday (tomorrow) 3/14/24 at 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm instead of Friday evening.
C Team will play at Spartanburg High Wednesday March 27th, 6:00 pm (make-up game from 3/6/23)
